Kathy is a freelance creator who navigates various projects in art, education, and holistic well-being. She enjoys observing nature, humanity, and herself. In 2023, she graduated from the Visual Arts Department at Hong Kong Baptist University, participated in an artist residency with a South African ceramic artist, and spent half a year backpacking across Europe, Turkey, Nepal, and Thailand. In her daily life, she continuously explores the meaning of life and seeks to break down barriers between herself and strangers, drawing deep inspiration from yoga culture and Buddhism. Kathy views her creative practice as a form of daily discipline—a way to confront nihilism and cultivate self-awareness.

林潔儀 Kathy 是一位自由創作者，涉足藝術、教育與身心靈等多個領域的專案。她熱愛觀察自然、人性以及她的內在自我。2023 年，她畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術院，同年參與了一位南非陶藝家的藝術駐留計劃，並花了半年時間在歐洲、土耳其、尼泊爾和泰國背包流浪。

在日常生活中，她不斷探索生命的意義，試圖打破自身與陌生人之間的界限，並從瑜伽文化與佛教中汲取深刻的靈感。Kathy 將她的創作實踐視為一種日常的修煉——以此來對抗虛無主義，並培養自我覺察。
